Started the house well higher then the first agent we spoke with, decided to go with Stephine. We dropped price rather quickly after being on market a couple weeks, mainly just to get it sold. Had some issues with the basement I wanted to fix before we sold but ended up just selling as is. Very good communication, would recommend to anyone looking to get your house sold.
