So I had absolutely no idea what I was doing when I started thinking about buying a home... Steph was a well of resources and information. if she didn't know, she knew someone who did and would get me in touch with them immediately. She is well respected and well informed in her field already for a reason.. she went above and beyond and connected every dot she had to in order to find me the home that I was comfortable with. considering the obstacles I was faced with, it went pretty fast and pretty smooth and she was very patient with me during the process... I could not have done this with another agent I don't think...10 stars 🌟

In the spring of 2023, I suddenly had a need to move across the country for love... and, suddenly, a need to sell my house in order to do so. Then came the hunt for a good realtor to help me navigate this next transition of my life. My only two dealings with past realtors involved both ends of the spectrum between Aloof'n'Flighty and Pretentiously-Pushy... so I was a bit tepid to choose just anyone. Stephanie was introduced to me as neither of these things, but all of "sharp" and "experienced" and "really knows her stuff!" So, I took the plunge. It was the best decision I had ever made in real estate transactions. If I only had one word to describe and embody Stephanie's approach as a realtor, it would be "empathy." She's ready to understand you, your needs, your timeline, your pain points, your work-life balance... and along all of the real estate sale journey, she's there to ensure you're not even the tiniest bit stressed over any of it. The paperwork, the questions, the negotiation, the boundaries of your availability, and even your personal space while you juggle living in your home for the final days in a hectic schedule... she flexes nimbly through all of it. Never was there a time I waited an unreasonable time in wonder for a response. Never did she push me ahead of my own schedule. And the whole time, she was cool, calm, and collected... and truly sharp. Stephanie knows real estate from years of behind-the-scenes administrative inner-workings, through piles of paperwork and many calls for information. Even her marketing strategy was solid. I could not be more impressed in my experience working with her, and I would highly recommend her to anyone else looking to buy or sell a home, whether for the first time, or the last.
