We’ve had the opportunity to buy and sell a few homes, and Stephanie is the most patient and efficient realtor I’ve ever met. I can barely tolerate myself sometimes, but she somehow managed to tolerate me, answer every possible question I could come up with, and get us the home! Our home may be modest, but that doesn’t mean the process comes without challenges—and I probably contributed a few of my own. Through it all, Stephanie had the patience of an angel. Stephanie was always available for phone calls or text messages. Her response time was excellent. She kept me updated on market changes that allow us to make timely adjustments to our price to stay competitive with other similar homes in our market. She was Also available after the sale of our home for questions about how and when to make the home available for the new buyers.

We are new to this area and are so happy with the service we received from Stephanie and her team! She fought for us when it was needed, asked for our input all along the way, she was readily available for showings and quick to respond with the hundreds of questions my husband had. We also were very happy with the people she recommended for inspections and financing etc. We’re pretty convinced that the best people in the business are on her team. Most importantly, you can’t overvalue good character like kindness and integrity….especially when you’re doing something important like buying a home and that was what we appreciated most about Stephanie. If we buy again in the future, she will definitely be our “Home-girl”!
