She kept me updated on market changes that allow us to make timely adjustments to our price to stay competitive with other similar homes in our market. She was Also available after the sale of our home for questions about how and when to make the home available for the new buyers.
We are new to this area and are so happy with the service we received from Stephanie and her team! She fought for us when it was needed, asked for our input all along the way, she was readily available for showings and quick to respond with the hundreds of questions my husband had. We also were very happy with the people she recommended for inspections and financing etc. We’re pretty convinced that the best people in the business are on her team. Most importantly, you can’t overvalue good character like kindness and integrity….especially when you’re doing something important like buying a home and that was what we appreciated most about Stephanie.
