Stephanie is the best real estate agent we could have asked for. She helped my wife and I buy our first home and was present every step of the way. She coordinated closely with our lender to ensure we never missed a beat from pre-approval to close of escrow. We were living in LA while house hunting and therefore had limited windows to drive down to SD to look at houses. I would send Stephanie a dozen listings we were interested in on Zillow/Realtor + her own Compass exclusive listings during the week and she would have an entire lineup of showings scheduled for us that weekend. Being first-time homebuyers, it was very reassuring to have Stephanie walk us through the entire process and she treated the process just as seriously and with the level of importance that we did. Once we found "the" house, Stephanie worked quickly to help us put together an offer and scheduled the necessary inspections/quotes from her deep bench of qualified contractors. Even after we closed on the house Stephanie helped coordinate the painting of the house ahead of our move. Stephanie made the homebuying process as seamless as could be and provided round the clock advice and assistance throughout the process. We truly couldn't have gotten the house we did at the price we did if it wasn't for her.
