Working w Stephanie was fantastic as she is the consummate professional. She handled everything right from the start getting the home staged, photographed, videoed and listed in short order and the home looked wonderful. She had her handyman come in and finish a few things, then immediately started scheduling open houses with both agents and prospective buyers. From the first time we talked over the phone we could tell Stephanie was the right person for the job. We threw a difficult challenge her way (out-of-state owners, tenant occupied home) where she had to find extremely specific buyers to purchase our property.
