We have had the pleasure of working with Stephanie K. Cannon 3 times in the past 3 years. First time I flew into Vegas, got a rental car and drove to Mesquite. Stephanie was amazing. She picked me up at the hotel and drove me around looking at homes in Sun City. Found the one I wanted and got the offer written up and accepted by Seller. Next, we decided to list a condo in Hawkridge we had owned for 10 years. Buyer was found quickly and deal closed punctually. After my husband’s recent mouth cancer diagnosis, he wanted only one home. We had one on the Oregon Coast and love to fish the ocean. So called Stephanie without a second thought and got the home listed. We packed up the home up, except the big furniture, into a 26’ U-Haul and drove home to Oregon. Stephanie offered to help in any way we needed. She got the house spotless, hired people to remove hot tub and do inside and outside repairs.
