Our house in D.C. sold within eight hours of listing. Stephanie was great to work with. We implemented all of her suggestions to include some home improvements, staging, listing price, and negotiating tactics which were definitely instrumental in getting a quick sale. She was hands on, very responsive and helpful every step of the way. I would defintely recommend her services. While selling a home can be very stressful, Stephanie made the process much easier and more pleasant than we had anticipated.
