Stephanie was my agent for a house I recently sold in Hanson, Ma. It went on the market for $320,000, and an offer of $350,000 was accepted about one week later. Stephanie was very accommodating through the the entire process, especially when the attorneys got involved. She was familiar with all the legalese and interfaced with the attorneys (from both sides) and kept the process moving forward.
