I have worked with numerous Realtors over the years but none have compared to Stephanie! She has made this process easy. Even my niece commented on how I seemed so at ease and not stressed over everything and that is because Stephanie had an amazing control over the entire process. I lived a couple hours away from the new house so Stephanie took charge and got things done that were needed to close on my home. I hit a bump in the road with the appraisal but again she did what needed to be done to get back on track. I can't thank her enough for the incredible job she did.
