Stephanie helped me sell my $450k price point home in Vancouver. I needed a slow process while I found my new home and got moved out. The selling process was challenging as I had 2 buyers unreasonably back out after inspection. While I was having emotional reactions to having my buyers back out, stephanie was even keeled and helped me make sure I did all the things to the home that were required. She helped recommend the correct repairs to do to the home and get it re-listed. In the end the house sold for more than I could have imagined, partly because of the crazy market and partly also because Stephanie did and excellent job keeping informed about what this crazy market was doing.

Throughout the whole process of looking for and buying a house, Stephanie was very helpful and knowledgeable. I always felt like I was her main priority and she was very quick to help us in buying our new home. I would recommend Stephanie to anyone that is looking to purchase a new house.
