We first met Stephanie through friends; she happened to be their agent. We joined our friends one afternoon while they toured homes and saw firsthand how skilled Stephanie is. She is professional, knowledgeable, patient, communicates well, and thoroughly knows the market. When it was our turn to buy, we found a home of interest while on vacation in the area. We hadn’t anticipated that we would find a home so quickly thus hadn’t reached out to an agent. We contacted Stephanie that evening and she met us the next morning fully prepared to help us navigate the home and area. She successfully guided us through the purchase of that home.
