My wife and I embarked on the difficult task of finding a piece of property to build our retirement dream home in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada. It’s a daunting process under the best of circumstances, but made even more so when looking for property on the opposite end of the state during Covid. Our best decision was to enlist Stephanie as our realtor.
