When I decided to list my house this spring, I called Stephanie Andrew because I had a great experience with her as my buyer's agent on the very same house. We listed my house on a Monday, got a verbal offer Tuesday, and a written offer on Wednesday. She priced the house correctly and other agents showing the house were in agreement. I'm very happy with the price I got for my house! I wasn't able to find another house to buy in that short time frame, but she informed me from day one that inventory was low and it would be challenging to find a house to buy. When I look to buy next year, I'll call Stephanie Andrew at Century 21 again!
