Larry and Stephanie acted as our buyers agent to find us a wonderful Home in Plum Branch, SC. The home was sold, basically, as is. Larry and Stephanie worked to make certain the home was in 'move in' condition by continually pressuring the sellers agent to keep the grass cut, remove items from the home, and clean out the trash. Larry removed some items himself that the sellers agent neglected to remove. Stephanie had shown us, probably, 30 homes over a two year period before we finally found this one.
