RENTAL HOUSE

The house has been a rental for many years. Unfortunately, the last renters tore the house up. We tried to clean it up to rent again. The lack of maintenance by the renters caused so much damage. Ms. Sparks helped us with the people to clean it up and do some repairs, but it was costing too much (becoming a money pit) so the decision was made to just sell it. In a very short time she had it on the market and even shorter time, it was sold. Thank you.
