I met Steph while riding sxs and learned that she is a realtor. I contacted her when I started looking for a home and I’m glad I did. I’ve had mixed results with realtors but Steph is a pleasure. She would make all the arrangements for looking at homes I was interested in and would find answers to all my questions about the homes we viewed. She never tried to push me into making a choice on a home. When we found a home that I was very interested in, Steph helped me with all my questions and concerns until we reached an agreement with the seller. She made sure all the paperwork was handled as needed and now I’m a happy new homeowner. The system seems a bit complicated to me but Steph did everything she could to make things seem simple. I would not hesitate to ask her again to help me in the search and purchase of another home.
