She called in favors from local contractors, electricians, HVAC professionals, etc. to get quotes immediately so we could effectively negotiate before closing. Even in a seller's market, Steph negotiated a great deal for us. In addition to being a great real estate agent and advocate, Steph is also a lot of fun and made the whole process very enjoyable. She adds a personal touch that sets her apart and we never doubted that we were in great hands with someone who genuinely cared.
