Stella helped me to buy and sell my first home. She was knowledgeable, patient, insightful, and proactive. A friend referred Stella to me when I wanted to buy a house. She took me to many properties before I settled on the one I wanted. I did not feel rushed in choosing a property. All questions I had were answered in a timely manner. When it was time to sign for the house, Stella handled everything and all I had to do was show up to the escrow company and sign the papers to buy the house. Seven years after I bought my condo, I contacted Stella to help me sell it. My backyard was a mess and I wanted to leave it as is but Stella suggested that I fix it up to make it look nice. When I agreed to fix up the backyard, she found a contractor to do the work. The contractor did a great job and made the backyard look much better than when I first got the property. It definitely helped to make the property more appealing overall. I highly recommend Stella's services to anyone that's looking for a property. If I had money to buy another property in the bay area, I would definitely call Stella for her help again.
