Steffany was on the phone, right away, when I would see a home post in the ideal area. She also helped me stay focused on what I wanted. In this market, its easy to stray from your desired area when you see a new home hit the market a little farther away, but Steffany would remind me of what I want for my family. Its hard to be patient, but BE PATIENT. The home you want will hit the Market, and Steffany will fight for that home on your behalf. One of the things that was critical to me was not to feel pressured into something that wasn’t right for us. I literally never felt pressured by Steffany. With that said, Steffany went above and beyond multiple times when she became aware of a house that would be perfect for us-including the one we bought. I am talking about her working holidays, evenings, weekends, calling me when she knew it would be a property that would exceed my expectations on a holiday when I thought no one would even be available in any way
