As first time home buyers it was important for us to have a knowledgeable agent to show us the ropes. With a limited budget and requirement of an excellent school district within bearable commute time to Sherman Oaks, I’m sure we were not Stefany’s easiest clients. We switched areas a couple times, made offers on several homes and lost bids, but she ultimately helped us find the perfect home in West Hills. She facilitated an amazingly speedy closing time (inclusive of several “fix it” requirements) of just one week so we could move in before Christmas. She was absolutely amazing.
