Real estate agents are everywhere but ones like this are not. I have now purchased 3 homes in all different states working with a multitude of different agents, Stefanny Dang is by far the best! She took a list of homes that I was interested in and reviewed them, answered all my questions regarding home criteria I gave her, and was out every day viewing properties while I was working in South Korea. I bought sight unseen but she made me feel like I was there and could trust her judgment by making thorough videos, having analysis of each property, calling listing agents, looking into property records and zoning. Also answered my calls and responded promptly regardless of how ridiculous the question I had was. She made me feel comfortable in an experience that is always stressful and difficult. I will recommend her to anyone coming to the Clarksville and Nashville area.

We had an amazing experience with Stefanny. She was so quick to get us showings that worked for us and was within our budget. She took amazing videos so that my husband was able to feel like he was included. When we got under contract and the inspection came back she helped us decide what was the best approach for us and the situation. She also set up extra inspections just so we were comfortable with what we were getting. Definitely felt she had our best interests at heart not just in for the money. She was willing to go the extra mile if needed and she even stepped in while out of town to make sure we were comfortable with everything.
