Stefanie is the best realtor anyone could get. Easy to talk to , responsive and she knows everything about the game. We have went through her twice now and even though selling a house can be scary or hard to do. She helped to make it a smooth experience.

Stefanie was an absolute miracle worker throughout my entire experience! She first recommended a photographer who got the best photos possible of our home, then created the listing to highlight the most desirable features of the home. She absolutely nailed the listing price, which meant we were under contract within just a few days of listing, while other houses in the area sat on the market for 30+ days. After the first contract fell through because of the buyer's indecision, she was supportive and encouraging, and after we re-listed the home, we were under contract AGAIN within a few days. Not only that, she negotiated with several potential buyers to get us an even better offer than the first contract. From there, she guided us through the closing process, making sure we had all the paperwork signed in a timely manner and were prepared for the closing day. During the process of selling our home, she was also our agent for our next home purchase, which also went just as well as the first. The home inspector she recommends is top notch and she was a critical line of communication with the selling agent so we could have access to the home to plan for post-close projects. I can't imagine buying or selling a home without Stefanie's expertise, guidance, and support - she is truly one of a kind!
