In an experience filled with crappy lenders who were below sub par... Stefanie was my savior! She not only did the job of being my realtor, but the job of my lender as well. If it were. If not for her, this house would not be MY home. Stefanie goes above and beyond what any realtor I have ever seen does and this is my 27th and FINAL home purchase. Stefanie Gruber is the by far the best realtor I have worked with. Thank you Stef!

Stefanie was extremely pleasurable to work with! She was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I felt like I was working with a friend who knew everything about the market. She never made me feel judged or rushed which was something I feared when looking for a house. She found and showed us many listings until we found our first home. We couldn’t be happier with her service! She turned a stressful situation of buying a first home into a fun project!!

Stefanie is the type that you want to go into battle with. Simply put - think of how many people and pieces are needed to complete a sale and how frustrating it can be if any part of that chain breaks down. Stefanie is the type who picks up the flag to charge the hill (while being very polite & precise BTW) to get you and your family through any and all challenges. Probably my favorite question they asked me was "negotiation skills." How many realtors you know convince you to lower your first offer? She knows her business and you should trust her. We were very happy when we did. Thank You Again Stefanie.

Stephanie was an absolute delight to work with. The process was tedious but Stephanie went out of her way to make the process as painless as possible. She was very prompt in answering any questions I had no matter how ridiculous, and she answered day or night. She went above and beyond for me and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I will definitely refer her to any friends or family who are looking to buy/sell. If the time comes for me to buy/sell again Stephanie will definitely be my first call. She is top notch!

Stefanie was excellent at her job and tells you what you need to do to get your house sold. She works diligently to update your information on the house and get as much viewing as possible. This is why our house sold so fast. We listed our house with two other realtors and they could not sell it in a one year period. Stefanie had the house one month and it was sold before the month was over.

Stefanie was such an amazing realtor. Her knowledge of the markets and the St. Petersburg area was a fantastic help! She made the whole experience a breeze, which was so nice considering we were first time home buyers! I would recommend her to anyone!!!

Stephanie was fansastic with my father. He had a difficult situation with his condo and she never gave up. When we hit an obstacle Stephanie found a way to move forward. She looked out for him and his property during and after the hurricane. I am forever grateful for her honest and caring professionalism.

Stephanie went above and beyond to help us find our home. We can't wait to have her as our realtor when we look for our forever home. Highly recommend.

I have bought a few homes and worked with different realtors. Stefanie definitely has provided me with the best overall experience I have had when buying/selling a home. She listens, is responsive and zero pressure - she honestly wants to find the right fitting home for you.

I can't say enough about Stefanie. She is by far the best realtor I've worked with over the years. The decision to sell my home was very difficult and emotional for me. She was recommended to me and it took months before I called and scheduled a meeting. I'd lived in my town-home for 10-1/2 years and loved my house. Stefanie not only helped me to navigate the road to closing, she was diligent in getting things done and always kept me up to date on what was going on. Stefanie was there whenever I needed her; always responding to emails, calls or texts quickly - 7 days a week - day or evening. During the time we worked together she was not only my realtor in the sale of my home, she helped me find an apartment that I'm settling into and love! She was incredible support for me as I transitioned from home ownership to apartment life. She was not only by realtor but also became a friend. Stefanie loves what she does and is awesome at. She'll be by your side from contract to closing! I can and do recommend her without reservation!

I have worked with other realtors in the past when buying and selling a home and Stefanie has provided me with the best experience I have had when doing so. She has great local knowledge, always available, honest and straight to the point and genuinely wants to find the right fitting home for you. I will definitely work with Stefanie again and highly recommend her to others.

I would recommend Stefanie to anyone. She was very patient with me with finding just the right home and having to explain what I was going though with each step of the way. She was there for me when ever I had a question or was feeling anxious about the whole process. Thank you again Stefanie!
