Stefanie is the type that you want to go into battle with. Simply put - think of how many people and pieces are needed to complete a sale and how frustrating it can be if any part of that chain breaks down. Stefanie is the type who picks up the flag to charge the hill (while being very polite & precise BTW) to get you and your family through any and all challenges. Probably my favorite question they asked me was "negotiation skills." How many realtors you know convince you to lower your first offer? She knows her business and you should trust her.
