Stefanie is so great at what she does. Not only is she professional and very knowledgeable of the real estate market but she is reliable - always just a phone call away for any questions or concerns. I was previously listed with a different realtor for six months (!) and my house just sat with no effort and no movement. It was quite discouraging to say the least. As soon as I signed with Stefanie, everything changed and things happened quickly. My house sold and then closed within a month!
