We purchased a house using Stefanie as our realtor. At first she was great and then it turned sour. We asked her if the seller could include some pieces of furniture in the contract and she got it approved and told us it was done. Then a day before we were supposed to sign the contract, she told us that the sellers actually took the furniture and that there was nothing we could do. It turns out that she didn’t put it in one of the four addendums we did throughout the in-contract period. She did not take any responsibility for this and only blamed the listing agent. She then told us she would write us a check to help cover the loss and that the listing agent would as well, so we signed the contract. I contacted her after receiving the listing agent’s check, asking when we should expect hers and she implied she wasn’t going to give us one. She lied in order to get us to close on the house so she could get her commission. Now she is ignoring my texts. I will not use her again and I will not recommend her to anyone.

I had seen quite a few houses each with different realtors. When I met Stefanie, and told her my needs, she was the first one to express how my needs could absolutely be met. Everyone else told me it was near impossible! She has a genuiness about her I did not get from other realtors and I felt instinctively I could trust her. I would highly recommend Stefanie to anyone looking for a home.

Great experience using Stefanie. Updated me daily with new listings, was very patient and was able to work around my busy travel schedule. She also went above and beyond to make sure I was able to close on the house I wanted.
