Stefan worked with my family in selling a condominium that passed into our possession with the death of a family member. It was a hard sell, as it wasn't a single family home that would have appeal to a broader market. Stefan was great for my recent purchase. The whole transaction period was quick and smooth and he communicated with me throughout as this was my first time buying property on my own.
