Stedham Mitchell

Ms. Mitchell was a very personable individual throughout the process and displayed a willingness to abide by the seller's wishes. Interest rates and a buyer's market prevented seller from receiving expected proceeds. At listing, seller set sale price considerably higher than what the market was willing to consider -- thus lengthening the time on market.

I couldn’t have asked for a better agent! Ashley’s guidance and patience helped facilitate the entire process for me as a first-time home buyer. I didn’t know what to expect, but Ashley’s savviness and open communication enabled me to feel confident about the decisions that I was making regarding the biggest purchase of my life! She felt more like a friend than a real estate agent. That was important to me because I wanted to feel that I could trust my agent and know that she had my best interest in mind.
