Steavy is Awesome!!

I am thrilled that I found Steavy Carter! I spent months searching on my own for my first quadplex investment property with no success. Steavy quickly found multiple options for me and took the time to drive an hour away to show them to me. When things got complicated with VA lending she helped me navigate the situation. After three lenders closed the door, Steavy found one who could get the deal done. Steavy knew options that I didn’t know existed, knew to ask questions I didn’t know to ask, and knew solutions I didn’t know existed. A few times I almost gave up, which would have cost me thousands in lost inspection, earnest, and appraisal costs, not to mention valuable time, but Steavy saved the day and I am now an owner of an income producing quadplex and new home.
