Stavros is a very knowledgeable person and extremely flexible. When I first started looking at homes I kept my options open in various areas around CT and he didn't mind traveling around. He is very friendly and very punctual for appointments. Communicates promptly and doesn't make you feel like you have to make offers on homes you see. He is patient and understanding and will answer all of your questions. Very smooth process throughout the home buying matter and definitely makes you feel at ease. I highly recommend him to help you find a house. He is top notch, the best! Stavros is also available after the home purchase to guide you and answer any questions especially if you're a first time homeowner. Had a very pleasant experience thanks to Stavros!

Stavros was amazing. On our first visit he gave a detailed breakdown of what I should expect through out the entire process. He was always available no matter the time of day I texted or called with my many questions and never once did he expressed any annoyance. He was there to hold my hand every step of the way. In the end I purchased my first home all thanks to Stavros.

My experience with Mr. Stavros Kourpouanidis was such a wonderful experience . He was referred to me by a co-worker who told me he was a honest man and that he cares. My husband and I have purchased three properties in our 20 years of marriage so you can imagine we have gone through several realtors. But Stavros was and will always be the best. he is what we would call the all around realtor so much more then just showing you homes he was totally involved with literally every aspect of the entire purchase of our home. From putting the offer in to working hand and hand with broker to staying on top if the other realtor, and last but not least attending our closing not to just pick his commission up but he made sure everything that was suppose to be done was done. And let's not forget he handled the renting of our condo. Stavros wasn't concerned about $$$$ he was concerned about getting the right person in to our condo from credit checks to making my husband and I feel that he definitely cared about us he made us a priority. If we had questions at around 9:00 or 11:00 pm I would texted him and he would call back. Stavros will always have a place in our hearts for being an awesome man and realtor/friend. He is very knowledgeable, very understanding, very patient. He was very flexible with times. We called on the fly about houses we wanted to see and he made himself available. He showed us houses specific towards our needs. We never felt rushed at any point. This is my 5th home purchase and this is my best overall experience with a realtor.
