I bought a house over six months ago and Stave was my realtor. I cannot stop talking about the great service I received from Stav. Stav is the BEST realtor in south Florida!!! I was working with a realtor for over 6 months and wasn’t able to get a house. I contacted Stav on a Friday went to look at a house on Sunday and we were under contract within a few days. Started off as my realtor but became family. Any questions that I had she answered. I felt secure every step of the way. I wish I would’ve found Stav sooner!

Stav has been outstanding from the very beginning. We spoke with a number of agents and after speaking with her, it was clear she had the "right stuff" to help us sell our home and find a new one. We were very concerned about how to synchronize the selling and buying of the house, and from the start, she laid out a number of options, making the process a lot less daunting. She also was extremely proactive in dealing with our previous home's HOA, and made everything run smoothly. Even when with hit a snag with the HOA during the sale, she promptly dealt with it and gave us clear instructions on how to overcome it. In the end, the sale was a complete success! Finding the home, which we were not looking forward to as the market is so crazy, was a much smoother experience than we ever thought! We're now just a few weeks from closing, and without Stav, I'm sure we wouldn't be so ahead of the game. Finally, while I'm sure all realtors have recommendations for their own mortgage brokers, inspectors, etc, she made it clear that while she could recommend those, we were free to find whoever we wanted. In the end, we switched out brokers and used her recommendation and we couldn't be happier -they are just as responsive and supportive as she is! Bottom line: we cannot recommend Stav enough! You definitely want her on your team! :)

It is very hard to find a realtor who knows all the details that are important from hoa application, wind mitigation, appraisal, home inspection, title and escrow.
