When I first met Starr she was 100% genuine and compassionate. I made her aware that my mother had passed away and my stepfather was being placed in a nursing facility which was the reason for selling the house. This property was not of great “monetary” value, but that did not seem to matter at all. Whether it was a multi-million dollar property or a few thousand dollars…Starr always responded to me when I had questions! We sometimes texted or talked on the phone way passed 9:00 at night! There was never a time when I needed her for something that she wasn’t available! And if she didn’t have the answer to a question I had , she was always prompt in finding the answer and getting back to me! I literally can’t recall the number of times Starr and I talked or texted while my property was on the market…and even after it sold! It was obvious from the beginning to me that Starr is passionate about her work…and is compassionate to her clients! But, I am very blessed to say that Starr Franklin is not just the real estate agent who helped sell my Mom’s house…she’s my friend!!
