Starling Davis

Starling has helped my family buy and sell many homes in all categories. She is always spot in with her advice, professional and an all around lovely person to work with. The best ever.

I had the pleasure of working with Starling on both the purchase and sale of a home in the summer of 2022. Her professionalism, work ethic, and insider knowledge proved to be the difference in obtaining my property, and selling my home for top dollar. Starling and her team of realtors missed nothing, and over delivered. I cannot recommend her enough for those that need a top tier realtor, who knows of homes coming to market before the rest of Nashville does! I can say with ease, that I will not be looking for another Realtor as long as Starling Davis is sill representing clients.

Starling provides a bespoke experience that goes above and beyond what I've experienced with other real estate transactions. Not only does she have deep knowledge of the market, she also has a wide network of of contractors and various other residential real estate subject matter experts that she can bring to bear during the transaction. Her communication and professionalism during the process was impeccable from the start of the home search, to the day we closed!

Starling and her team did an excellent job for us. They made the sales process very easy. They worked hard to get us the best value for our home. We highly recommend the Starling Group!

Our realtor is Starling Davis of Fridrich and Clark Realty, LLC., and she and her entire team are absolutely AMAZING! We have had multiple purchases and sales and each time she was our realtor. We always appreciate her honesty and she and her team are always available with a willingness to help. Starling was able to sell our last home in Wedge-wood Houston this past Fall quickly and efficiently, even in a market that had slowed down. We appreciate all the time and effort that Starling put into each purchase and sale of our homes. We are very happy to be able to recommend The Starling Davis Group to all home buyer/sellers in the Nashville area!
