Starlet is the most amazing, caring, and perseverant realtor I have ever known! She provided support and suggestions as we had updates done inside, worked hard to get us listed as soon as the contractor was done, and her and Tarrah organized two open houses within four days of listing! Although we had offers on day 4, our closing was a series of delays because of buyer-side issues. Starlet was persistent, firm, and clear with them to advocate for us.
