Starleigh used the term “rockstar” once to describe someone she recommended to us for financing. What we found out was that SHE was the true rockstar!! Once we decided to buy and made contact with Starleigh, (cool name BTW), she was awesome. Completely available to our questions and schedule, very personable, knowledgeable of the area where we were searching, and listened. So much so, that we found what fit our personalities very early in our search. Starleigh seemed to know we wanted this house before we verbalized it. Observation and perception, a couple more traits that make for a good realtor. It was on her recommendation that we use a particular loan agent. Again, Starleigh was spot on. This person was terrific as well and found the best options for us to finance quickly and at terms that were great for us. During the house buying process, she was completely involved in keeping things moving down to working as a “middle-man” between us and the seller as we negotiated items outside of the house itself. We had a minor bump on some inspection issues, and she drove the entire solution through to a point that saved us money in the long run. As we went to closing, Starleigh was there to be sure we didn’t have any concerns right down to signing the documents. We’ve said quite a bit, but also not enough.
