The winter of 2019 was the first time I was introduced to Lugean. Imagine receiving a phone call out of the blue from a couple in Iowa wanting to come down to the Crystal Coast and look at properties. Lugean spent all day Friday showing us properties. She spent that Saturday answering all our questions, and first thing Sunday morning before our flights left prepared an offer on a property for us. This was my first experience to one of the most amazing individuals I have ever met in my life. Since 2019 we have purchased, and sold, and built a new home. Through the years she has always been by our side. She has become part of our family of close friends.
