Stanley helped the reviewer sell this property

Amazing turnaround and guidance!!

This gentleman was on top of EVERY single detail with regard to home sale. He provided written timelines and referrals for repairs needed and did not send us to overpriced colleagues. All appointments and meetings were rescheduled when needed with no stress. Best of all he didn’t mind our pets and helped us keep our sense of humor. List to close (with much needed rent-back) in 7 WEEKS!
