Mr Stanley Battle is very easy to work with. His demeanor is approachable. He is patient but he knows the real estate market. To me, the process was daunting and I felt at times to give up. But giving up is not one of Stanley’s options. I felt as though he was a partner in this real estate transaction. He anticipated every contingency and he had different strategies to make sure we achieved the end result. Although he knows about the market and I do not when I was looking for a home he didn’t try to sway me to something I did not like just to make a quick sale. I sincerely recommend (Mr Battle) Stanley as your realtor next door.
