Stan Watters

Stan assisted us with a recent purchase of a first home. Although he was not the only realtor that we initially met, we selected him based on his expertise in the area that we were looking for, and his experience in working with first time buyers. And we are certainly glad that we did. Searching for a home (especially in DC) can be a lengthy, elaborate, and time consuming process. So Stan's patience and honest guidance were refreshing and absolutely irreplaceable to have in finding the right place for us. It's not often that you can say this, but we truly felt like he had our best interests in mind throughout this process. And we would certainly recommend him to absolutely anyone we know. When I thought about selling my cooperative unit a few years ago, I interviewed a handful of agents and was struck by Stan's candor and understanding of the unique coop market. I wasn't ready to make the leap at that time, but I saved his information for the future. Boy am I glad I did! My coop unit was on the market for THREE DAYS and sold for well over the asking price! Stan was truly masterful in his approach to pricing and was always very transparent and candid with me on what to expect. I truly felt protected throughout the process, and Stan would advise, but always kept me in the driver's seat. Beyond his real estate chops, Stan is quite a lovely person that you'll enjoy getting to know and spend time with. His southern charm and wry sense of humor was just what I needed to get me through the stress of selling a home. I would work with Stan again in a heartbeat without hesitation.
