I used Stan Patrick once before when selling a property. He was awesome!! I made an easy decision to use Stan again when I selling this property. I will use Stan with the next too. He is the perfect agent. I live 4 hours away and never needed to visit the property. Repairs were needed. Stan facilitated the repairs with excellence. Stan was always on task and always available. , He is seasoned and very knowledgeable. He listens and communicates well, He knows how to negotiate well. He gets results! Stan was outstanding in all respects. We considered doing a for sale by owner as I am a retired Realtor, but out of the area where our second home was located. We chose Stan based on a strong recommendation from a friend and did not interview any other agents as we were totally impressed with him at our first meeting. Because of the virus, it was a very difficult time to sell/market a property . He did a great job of marketing, personally showing it, doing open houses and personally finding a buyer within a very short time .
