If I could give 10 stars, I would. Stan was exceptional during the entire process from start to finish and was, of course very professional. I especially appreciated his thoroughness, often going out of his way with attention to detail. His fiduciary responsibility to his client(s) is obviously a priority for him. Stan was highly recommended to me by my daughter and son-in-law. He was the realtor for them, for their son, their daughter and now me. We think of him as a friend of the family and will always refer our friends to Stan Comer and Carpenter.
