Stacy helped the reviewer sell this property

Selling from out of state!

I built a home in Florida and decided to sell before ever moving in. Stacy was awesome in checking on my vacant home and making sure everything was in great shape for perspective buyers. She went out of her way to connect with building managers and warranty representatives as needed to have the house ready to sell. I was so appreciative of her patience with all my questions being a first time home seller. Her communication with me was outstanding! I was thankful to have had such a great experience with what can be a stressful time.
