Stacy made our dream come true!!! In short Stacy was able to lease out our home in less than 3 weeks and close the deal on our dream home....It should of been a highly stressful experience with all the moving parts in the deal, but not with Stacy!!! She was able to make both deals happen in a crazy time crunch...Plus she is one of the most friendly,caring and honest people that I know...You could not ask for a better realtor in your corner!!!

Stacy is a wonderful person to work with. She is efficient, easy to communicate with and she cares! Call her about anything and she gets back with you so quickly. She definitely has helped us get good tenants. It was nice to have someone to bounce ideas off of and to help judge character of the people interested in leasing from us when the things you learn about from paper work left us unsure. We have had 2 great tenants so far and being new at this it has been a good experience to have Stacy on our side!

I can't say enough positive things about Stacy and her assistance and guidance as she helped my wife and I navigate the murky waters of purchasing a new home AND selling our old home. She was patient, kind, observant, knowledgable, and ultimately made sure that we got everything we wanted/needed. She treated my family as if we were an extension of her own and I feel 100% confident referring any family and friends her way when it is time for them to buy/sell a home.
