Having worked with Stacy twice, the first time in a unconducive to a sale and later in a market where I successfully sold my house I can say that Stacy's knowledge of the Jacksonville area market, the players and influencers in the market are outstanding. Selling my house from overseas and not having lived in the Jacksonville are since 2010, Stacy was a key conduit of information on the market and the area's development. The entire process was conducted remotely. Stacy's ability to communicate via email and explain processes was top notch. I never felt out of touch with the process. Documents were submitted to me with with enough time to complete actions before deadlines even with the time differences. Her recommendations were always timely and pertinent. She negotiated for my interest. Her participation was key to making the sale within days of going on the market!! Working with Stacy was a great experience and a pleasure.
