I first met with Stacy to discuss the possibility of moving and to set timelines for when I needed to prepare. She brought a packet of information including comps, what price point I might expect to sell for, and other area research to help get me started. After our discussion we realized we had to start listing right away in order to make my anticipated timeline! I was impressed by how quickly she was able to work with her team and other connections to get the house photographed, listed and on the market in record time! The photos really showed the house well, and it came on the market as a strong contender and was under contract 4 days later! I'm so grateful for Stacy and her team for helping me out of a jam a few times too (especially when a showing left me locked out of the house).
