Buying a home is exciting, exhausting, overwhelming and terrifying. It's important to have someone walk with you who is patient, kind, a good communicator and a stickler for details. Stacy was relentlessly encouraging when we on the (long) search for a new home. She never tried to hurry the process and talk us into a home that wasn't a good fit for our family. Stacy was an advocate when we needed someone to speak on our behalf during the contract / buying process. We never felt rushed or overlooked. We have two small children which can often get in the way when touring homes, but she always welcomed them and never thought them a nuisance. In the moments when my husband and I needed to discuss on the spot, she always took it upon herself to entertain our children and give us some distracted free time.
