Stacy was very helpful in finding a house that met our budget. She sent us new listings daily, showed us properties that we were interested in as soon as we asked to see them, and was not even slightly pushy to get us to close a deal asap, anything like that etc. When we found a place we liked, we found out it was temporarily off the market. Stacy was able to submit our offer within minutes of it being available and now we live in an awesome house that we previously could only dream about being in! (actually it still hasn't quite sunk in that this is really our house!) Though I was at times disappointed with lack of detailed info Stacy could give me about this property, I later found out it was due to it being a bank owned property (they purposely do not want to know details that they have to disclose).
