Stacy genuinely has her clients best interest at heart. She is very thorough in regard to knowledge of property. But If she doesn't have the answer to a question, she will research it and have one promptly. Stacy works hard to see that her clients get the most value for their hard earned money.

We had asked to see a ton of houses in one day in all different cities and she was quickly able to get us a workable schedule that allowed us to see them all, and even was able to add a last minute showing the night before. She brought a work book for us on showing day so we could easily compare houses and take notes, and showed us various things to look out for in each home. Once we had decided on a house, she was so quick to put together the offer. She was so flexible with all the inspections and appraisals and made it to every appointment. She fought for us to get what we wanted and even now, post-sale she is still following up with the contractors and seller for items they were not able to complete before the sale. Friendly, flexible, honest, and knowledgeable - I would definitely recommend her.
