I met Stacy and Kathy Boghossian at a open house in LVT. They were very nice and seemed interested in helping me. They came to my home and gave me a estimate of how much I can sell for, and gave me the break down of the closing cost and escrow fees. I wasn’t ready to sell at the time just getting info. They both showed me kindness and there was no pressure like I felt with previous agents, she told me when I was ready to sell to give her a call. So when I was ready it was a no brainer to call them to list my home. Kathy Boghossian was also very helpful and polite and was always there to answer any questions I had. Together they brainstormed strategies that they knew to get my house sold it took a little while to sell but they hung in there and got it sold for the price I wanted. I really appreciate all they done to help me. Kathy and Stacy make a great team I love them both for all they have done for me and my family.

Stacy was a professional and treated us like a high value client from the moment we contacted her. Her proposal for how to market the house was comprehensive and showed more care and knowledge of the local market than the other realtors who presented to us to win the job. Through the start of the process to getting the house on the market, she gave us great advice on what to do (and what not to waste money on) as far as upgrades to the house, and she didn't mind all of our questions. She was always confident and her truly great attitude (and phenomenal photographer) I'm sure were part of the multiple offers we received on the property. She gave us great advice, explaining how to work out the various conditions of the offers we were presented so that we could make an informed choice. She worked tirelessly through the issues we had during escrow, kept us posted of changes and delays and took care of all of the tiny details that we couldn't take car of ourselves as we were moved across the country once the house was on the market. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a smart, savvy realtor who will protect your best interests and get you an excellent return on your home sale.
