I spent about $8,000 on improvements to my rental home last year, but could not sell it until the renter moved out. The timing was PERFECT! Stacy got me a fantastic contract, plenty of personal attention, and a VERY quick closing. Her delightful mother even showed up at the open house and added her personality to sweeten the conversations. We got about $40,000 more than we would have a year ago.
