Stacy is amazing! We switched to Stacy after our first realtor wasn't helping us sell our beautiful 10+ acre farm. Stacy came in and immediately knew how to fix everything our previous realtor messed up. She staged our house, ordered new photos, and advertised like no one's business! She did raffles at each open house and made small touches to help entice people to put in offers. She worked for us. We didn't work for her. Stacy's communication is 100/100! I'm really big on communication and I never once felt like she wasn't telling us things. Stacy was constantly on top of everything and kept us in the loop 24/7.
